“Ethical Apparel Africa is a social enterprise that supports African-owned factories to develop operational excellence, export to international brands, and create sustainable jobs. EAA identified the need to launch a non-profit Foundation alongside our business in order to kickstart the implementation of wellbeing and empowerment programs for garment factory workers. We had the pleasure of working with Ian and Rosie on structuring the purpose, vision and strategic plan for the Foundation.
Throughout our work together, Ian and Rosie were extremely thoughtful, strategic, and measured in their approach. They took the time to collect individual input remotely at the beginning and were able to parse and distill this skillfully to arrive at an 80% hypothesis for discussion in a later in-person workshop. They struck the right balance between being precise and detail-oriented and ensuring that the pace of the project was on track. Everyone’s time was exceedingly well leveraged. We ended our engagement with Teamworks with a clear vision and strategic plan, arrived at much more efficiently than we would have been able to achieve without their direction, input/insight and facilitation.
