"Ian and Rosie came to us at a time when we didn’t even realise we needed them. Two months under their guidance and grooming equipped us well for the tragedy which followed shortly, when we lost our Leader, Josh Jansen, who suddenly passed away in the prime of his life, leaving us with a huge gap to fill. Having been grown by Ian and Rosie, rallying around the broader team and containing the space after the loss of our leader was much easier. Each one of our leadership team was able to understand their role as leaders, to problem solve, and to create an environment that is conducive to open and free communication, ensuring that staff felt well supported and secure. 

Since our recovery from this tragedy, the effects of Teamworks’ coaching is still visible in how we manage our daily operations. Our team has become stronger and we are able to share our organisational vision more broadly and empower more junior staff members to be able to carry forward that vision.  Through our engagement with Teamworks, this team has managed to overcome one of our biggest challenges which was execution … OUR IDEAS NOW COME TO LIFE!
